Bungee Exercises At the Senior Center
Western Springs seniors stay fit by working out at Grand Avenue's Senior Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

On Thursday morning around 11:00 a.m., at a twice-weekly event called Seniorcise, Western Springs elders spend a quality 45 minutes staying in shape with relaxation exercises, resistance (bungee) training and some light weightlifting, The event is also held on Tuesdays, and is open to all.
