Cook County Seeks Resident Input On Improving Plainfield Road
Survey responses will be accepted through Sept. 29.
If you travel on Plainfield Road or live nearby, Cook County wants to hear from you. The Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways is conducting a study and gathering information from the community to evaluate future transportation needs along the Plainfield Road corridor, from County Line Road to East Avenue.
This includes addressing the existing roadway and drainage deficiencies, enhancing the bicycle/pedestrian accommodations, and improving safety and mobility for all users. The information collected from this survey will be used to develop improvements to the Plainfield Road corridor.
