Calling all ghosts, goblins, witches or anyone else who enjoys the celebration of fall. The annual Fall Festival is Friday, October 7, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Tower Green. Events include hayrides, a children's storyteller, a pumpkin decorating contest, food and other spooky surprises!
