Grand Avenue Crossing Closed Tuesday
The crossing in Western Springs will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.
The following notification was posted on the Village of Western Springs website:
"The BNSF railroad has informed the village that they will be conducting an emergency repair of a portion of track located at Grand Avenue in the village. The crossing and portions of the track will be closed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. this afternoon while the BNSF conducts this repair."
