'Holy Yoga' Begins at Western Springs Church

The first Tuesday session of Holy Yoga at Presbyterian Church of Western Springs takes place this morning.

The "experimental worship" that brings Christian spirituality to the yoga mat begins at 9 a.m., according to an event listing posted to Patch.

"Whether you are a beginner or Yoga devotee, all levels are welcome," the listing reads. "Come sit in a chair, lay on the floor the entire time or come for a work out. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one. No need to register, just come to the session!"
