It's Library Card Sign-up Month!
Thomas Ford Memorial Library invites all Western Springs residents to sign up for their own cards.
Over 7,600 community members have their own library cards.
September is Library Card Sign-up Month and there are many reasons to have a library card. Card holders have access to our own great collection of print, media and digital materials, the ability to share the resources of 100 other libraries in our SWAN system by having materials brought to Thomas Ford for you or using your card at other libraries.
If you wish, once you have a card, you can use it right from your smartphone by downloading the SWAN Libraries + app.
