Jim Falvey Named Lyons Township Republican Committeeman

Western Springs resident Jim Falvey will be filling Tony Peraica’s shoes as Republican Committeeman for Lyons Township, the Doings reports.

“We need to make sure our message is clear,” the attorney told the Doings, “more limited government, lower taxes and less regulations.”

Cook County Republican Party Chairman Aaron Del Mar said in a statement he looks forward to Falvey “strengthening Republican efforts in this important township.”

Falvey lost his bid in last year’s 3^rd Congressional District primary to Rich Grabowski.

Peraica resigned his post Dec. 31.
