LTHS's Annual Food Drive Kicks Off Monday

The annual food drive at Lyons Township High School kicks off Monday, Dec. 5 and runs through the week, LTHS announced in a release.

Non-perishable canned goods will be collected and donated to a local food pantry after everything is collected by Friday, Dec. 9. Students and staff are encouraged to donate throughout the week, the school said in the release, but the whole community is invited to contribute.

If you can't make it during the day next week, the annual LTHS Holiday Write Night for kids will accept canned goods instead of charging admission for the event.

Any donations can be brought to the main office or Discovery Center at either LTHS campus.
