Nazareth Academy Offers Free Band and Choir Concerts
Two spring concerts, March 7 and 8, will celebrate the talents of student-musicians and singers.

La Grange Park, IL - The Nazareth Academy Fine Arts Department is proud to offer two Spring Concerts, celebrating the talents of student-musicians and singers. Both concerts are free and open to the public.
They will be held in Nazareth’s Romano Family Theatre. No reservations necessary.

Spring Band Concert
Tuesday, March 7
7 - 8 p.m.
Romano Family Theatre
The Nazareth Academy Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Percussion Ensemble, Jazz Combo and Jazz Ensemble invite you to join us for a night of music on Monday, March 7. The concert will feature works by Persichetti, Sheldon, Sousa, Vaughan Williams and Vinson. The Jazz Ensemble will also be performing charts made famous by Louis Armstrong and Count Basie. Also, the newly formed Jazz Combo will make their performance debut with jazz staples such as Autumn Leaves and Blue Bossa.
Spring Choir Concert
Tuesday, March 8
7 - 8 p.m.
Romano Family Theatre
The Spring Choir Spring Concert will feature Concert Choir, Progressions and Glee Club. This concert of inspirational music will include, “You Raise Me Up,” “Pie Jesu” by Faure, the spirituals “Praise His Holy Name” and “Joshua,” in addition to other sacred and secular music. It will be music for the soul!
