No Nighttime Freezes Forecast Yet This Week
Temperatures will stay relatively high, even perhaps into the upper 50's next weekend, with nighttime lows staying above or well above that magic 32-degree number.

For your local Patch editor, the countdown towards the first frost is one of dread, one towards a time when greens stop recieving pitches (and will soon close altogether) and imminent is the spectacle of trying to drive a Prius through two feet of snow. For others, it's a harbinger of snow castles and snowball fights and cross-country skiing. Each to their own!
But I win this week: early November is looking largely mild. In fact, this weekend, nearly halfway through the month, there's forecasts up in the low 60's. So take that, snow! Let me get a few more rounds in, will ya?
