South Campus Needs $444K For Emergency Work: School
Officials plan to go forward with a no-bid contract for the project.

LA GRANGE, IL β Lyons Township High School plans to spend more than $400,000 for emergency work at South Campus.
According to a school memo, glazed blocks on the interior walls of South Campus' four gyms are crumbling in several spots.
Architects found no structural issues, but the school wants to replace the brick so that deterioration stops, the memo said.

The school board plans to address the matter at its meeting Monday.
