Western Springs Patch is giving away 10 tickets to see Hope Springs, which comes out Wednesday. For a chance to win, all you need to do is click on the "upload photos and videos" button at the top of this page and share a photo that represents you and your significant other.

It could be a picture of the two of you, or a shot that you think reflects your relationship. Don't forget to share in the caption how long you've been together.

Winners will receive two tickets for to see Hope Springs.
