Village Announces Retirement Of Fire Chief Patrick Kenny, Promotion Of Chief Michael Kelly

The Village of Western Springs has issued a press release announcing the upcoming retirement of Fire Chief Patrick Kenny, and the subsequent promotion of Deputy Chief Michael Kelly to the role of Chief of the Department of Fire & EMS. Chief Brian Scott, currently of the Evanston Fire Department, has been hired as Deputy Chief.

Also retiring is Training Chief Patrick Gallagher, who will be succeeded by Lieutenant Karl Hammond.
