Our expert leadership team brings years of professional, collegiate, and international experience, providing young athletes with unparalleled training and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.

Meet Our Incredible Coaching Staff:
Christopher Spartz
A former collegiate standout at St. Ambrose University, Christopher Spartz boasts an impressive career as both a player and coach. As a professional athlete, he competed in 36 countries and 48 states. He later coached at St. Ambrose, leading the team to its winningest season in 2011, and coordinated recruiting operations at The Ohio State University, securing back-to-back top-five recruiting classes. Christopher has trained players from 19 NBA organizations and founded Spartz Sportz and SWSH, solidifying his legacy in basketball development.

Marius Hill
An accomplished coach and former professional athlete, Marius Hill served as Associate Coach and Operations Manager for the Santa Cruz Warriors. As a college player at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, he was part of the most successful team in school history, later playing professionally in the Republic of Georgia and Luxembourg.

Will Wainscott
Will Wainscott, a skilled basketball trainer and accomplished athlete, played varsity basketball at Oswego High School and Marmion Academy. He contributed to the NACC Conference Championship at Concordia University Chicago in 2022 and is SWSH Certified. Will specializes in individual skills training, helping players refine their talents and achieve their goals.

Jasmine Jackson
Jasmine Jackson, a former collegiate athlete and four-year varsity player at Proviso West High School, earned All-Area and All-Conference honors before receiving a full scholarship to Missouri Baptist University. Now serving as Director of Development for the Western Springs Wildcats, Jasmine oversees various programs, using her expertise to inspire and mentor athletes at all levels.

Jeffery Francis
Bringing international experience to the court, Jeffery Francis was a standout at CI Gibson Senior High School in The Bahamas and later played for Blessed IJN Prep Academy in the U.S. and the Bahamas Select Team. A certified SWSH trainer, Jeffery has participated in the EuroProBasket program in Spain, enriching his global perspective and expertise.
