WHEATON, IL — A six-story apartment building in downtown Wheaton was recently purchased by a firm based in Oak Brook, according to Daily Herald.

The 149-unit Courthouse Square Apartments complex, located at Willow Avenue and Naperville Road, was sold to JVM Realty. Located within walking distance of the Metra stop and the DuPage County Courthouse, the apartment building features a fitness studio, a pet-washing station and a heated parking garage.

In November, JVM Realty paid $72 million to acquire a 240-unit apartment complex in Romeoville, according to reports. As of Thursday, Daily Herald reported that the real estate firm had not disclosed the selling price of the Courthouse Square Apartments.
