Cosley Zoo Festival Of Lights, Tree Sale Opens Nov. 28: What To Know
The beloved free holiday lights display features more than 20,000 lights throughout the zoo, with four types of Christmas trees for sale.

WHEATON, IL — Cosley Zoo's 2025 Festival of Lights and Tree Sale will kick off Nov. 28. The free event dazzles visitors with more than 20,000 lights and four varieties of Christmas trees available for purchase.
The Festival of Lights will illuminate nightly at 3 p.m. Visitors can warm up with hot chocolate on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The sale features trees from 3 feet to 12 feet tall, along with wreaths, garland and other holiday accents.

Special holiday hours will be in effect on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, when the Festival of Lights will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The festival will be closed on Dec. 24 and Jan. 1.
