Downed Power Line Closes President Street After Crash In Wheaton
The closure and crash investigation will prevent people who parked in Lot 10 from getting to their cars, police say.

WHEATON, IL — A crash caused a power line to fall on President Street in Wheaton Tuesday afternoon, closing the road from Crescent to College Avenue, per a city update.
As of 2:30 p.m., crews were on the scene to clear the roadway of the power line. As a result, commuters who parked in Lot 10 were unable to get to their cars. It's predicted the lot may not be accessible for "a number of hours," the alert said.
Wheaton Police did not immediately respond to a request for more information Tuesday afternoon.
