Early Voting Underway In DuPage County For 2024 Primary Election

DUPAGE COUNTY — Early voting kicked off Thursday for the 2024 Illinois General Primary Election at select locations throughout DuPage County.

Voters can head to the polls as of Feb. 8 at any of the following temporary early voting locations in DuPage County:

• DuPage County Fairgrounds, 2015 W. Manchester Rd., Wheaton
• Addison Township Office, 401 N. Addison Rd., Addison
• Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., Naperville
• Stratford Square Mall, 152 Stratford Dr., Bloomingdale
• Westmont Public Library, 428 N Cass Ave., Westmont

These temporary early voting locations will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. through March 2. They adopt permanent early voting location hours as of March 4.

Below is a list of permanent early voting locations where you can vote early in DuPage County starting March 4:

• Bartlett Community Center: 700 S. Bartlett Rd, Bartlett
• Bensenville Police Department: 345 E. Green St, Bensenville
• Burr Ridge Police Department: 7700 County Line Rd, Burr Ridge
• Darien Park District - 7301 Fairview Ave., Darien
• Downers Grove Park District - Lincoln Center: 935 Maple Ave, Downers Grove
• DuPage County Fairgrounds: 2015 W. Manchester Rd, Wheaton
• Elmhurst City Hall: 209 N. York Rd, Elmhurst
• Glendale Heights Sports Hub: 250 Civic Center Plz., Glendale Heights
• Glen Ellyn Civic Center: 535 Duane St, Glen Ellyn
• Hinsdale Village Hall: 19 E. Chicago Ave, Hinsdale
• Islamic Center of Naperville: 25W530 75th St, Naperville
• Itasca Park District - Water Park: 100 N. Catalpa St, Itasca
• Lisle Police Department: 5040 Lincoln Ave, Lisle
• Mall of India: 776 S. Rte. 59, Naperville
• Naperville Municipal Center: 400 S. Eagle St, Naperville
• Oak Brook Village Hall: 1200 Oak Brook Rd, Oak Brook
• Stratford Square Mall: 152 Stratford Dr, Unit C24, Bloomingdale
• Villa Park Public Library: 305 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park
• Warrenville Park District: 3S260 Warren Ave., Warrenville
• West Chicago Voting Center: 157 W. Washington St, West Chicago
• Westmont Public Library: 428 N. Cass Ave, Westmont
• Wheaton Park District Blanchard Building: : 1753 S Blanchard Rd., Wheaton
• Woodridge Athletic Recreation Center: 8201 Janes Ave., Woodridge,
• Yorktown Center: 330 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard

The above locations will be open for early voting March 4 through March 18. Their hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

County Clerk Jean Kaczmarek told Patch,

“Voting is the foundation of our democracy, and my office has expanded Early Voting access to make it as easy as possible for voters to participate in the process. For the first time, DuPage County has five Early Voting sites open forty days out from Election Day, with one in each corner of the county in addition to the fairgrounds. I encourage voters to take advantage of these new, convenient opportunities to cast their vote as early as possible.”

The 2024 Illinois General Primary Election is set for March 19.
