Flood 2013: Deadline 3 p.m., April 24 To Submit Damage Documentation to City

The City of Wheaton is seeking assistance from residents and businesses that experienced flood damage to document the extent of damage. The City will be submitting information to state emergency management officials to seek disaster damage assistance from the federal government.The City must receive these forms by 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013.

To participate, please fill out the requested information on the Initial Damage Assessment Form (pdf) (Attached to this story). Once completed, return it to the City of Wheaton either in person at the Finance Department counter on the first floor of City Hall, 303 W. Wesley St.; fax to 630-260-2017; or email to sbarrett-hagen@wheaton.il.us.
