Man Exposes Himself on Prairie Path: Police Blotter

A female reported that a man exposed himself to her while she was running on the Prairie Path, Wheaton police said.
The woman was running northbound on the path about 75 ft. south of Roosevelt Road when she encountered the man. The incident occurred at 12:30 p.m. May 15, according to a police report.
"As she got closer the male began waving at her, and she observed that his penis was exposed on the left thigh," the report said.

The suspect was described as a black male wearing a navy blue t-shirt. He was sitting on a bicycle just off the Prairie Path during the incident and was not located afterward.
There were two different incidents of a man exposing himself over a one-week period during summer 2012. The first incident occurred on June 26 and the second incident occurred on July 2, according to Patch archives.
