Parking Restrictions Planned For Scottish Festival & Highland Games In Wheaton

The festival will impact parking near DuPage County Fairgrounds on June 13 and June 14.

WHEATON, IL — Parking restrictions will be in effect near DuPage County Fairgrounds to accommodate the Scottish Festival & Highland Games on June 13 and June 14.

During the festival, which takes place from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, parking will be prohibited in the following areas, per an update from the City of Wheaton.

  • On the east side of Beverly Street from Manchester to Childs
  • On the east side of Erie Street from Manchester to Childs
  • On the east side of Hazelton Avenue from Manchester to Childs
  • On the east side of Hickory Lane
  • On the east side of Maple Leaf Court
  • On the east side of Vernon Avenue
  • On the east side of White Oak Drive

Parking spots will be available in the parking deck near the fairgrounds and on the west side of the grounds. Event goers will be required to drive via the County Farm Road to access the DuPage County Government Center's main entrance.
