Road Closures, Parking Restrictions Planned For 4th Of July In Wheaton
See which street closures and parking restrictions well be in place for Wheaton's 4th of July celebrations.

WHEATON, IL — Road closures and parking restrictions are set to go into effect starting July 3 to accommodate Wheaton's 2025 4th of July events.
The first set of closures will take place for the fireworks celebration at Graf Park. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with live entertainment, bounce houses, food vendors and other family-friendly activities. At 9 p.m., the fireworks display will beign.
Starting at 3 p.m., no parking will be prohibited in some spots near Graf Park and the DuPage County Fairgrounds, with signs posted. Drivers are advised to expect delays in the area.

Additional no parking areas include Front Street from Wheaton Avenue to Cross Street, on Union Avenue from Wheaton to Main and on Wheaton Avenue from Union to Front.
On July 4, road closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. as the city's 4th of July Parade makes its way through the streets of downtown Wheaton.

Here are the roads that will be closed during this timeframe:
- Front Street, from West Street to Cross Street
- Hale Street, from Karlskoga Avenue to Union Avenue
- Harrison Avenue, from Wheaton Avenue to Cross Street
- Main Street, from Cole Avenue to Liberty Drive
- Seminary Avenue, fro West Street to Scott Street
- Union Avenue, from Main Street to West Street
- Wesley Street, from Main Street to West Street
- Wheaton Avenue, from Franklin Street to Front Street
Wheaton's 4th of July Parade will step off at 10 a.m. In honor of the holiday, you can also visit theField of Honor at Seven Gables Park, which features thousands of memorial American flags through July 4.
