Voting Opens For Light Up Wheaton 2024 Contest

WHEATON, IL — Dozens of residents have climbed ladders, strung lights and amped up their electric bills for a chance to win glory and prizes in the 2024 Light Up Wheaton Contest. Voting for the contest is officially open, with residents having through Dec. 19 at 12 p.m. to weigh in.

Visit the Facebook pages for the City of Wheaton and the Wheaton Park District to see photos of the homes and cast your votes for the People's Choice Award. Each "like" counts as a vote in favor of an entry.

Homes are also eligible to win the Mayor's Choice Award and the Most Creative Award. The City of Wheaton has provided an online map with routes to help those who want to take their own driving tour of the illuminated houses.
