Those interested in entering the Gingerbread House Contest are asked to drop off their creations between 1 – 2 p.m. Voting will begin at the start of the Winter Open House and run until the end of the event at 4 p.m. The public is invited to vote for their favorite house in four groups (Youth, Teen, Adult, and Family), and winners will be announced after votes are tallied at 4 p.m. A prize will be awarded to the winner of each category.
After voting in the Gingerbread House Contest, attendees can peruse our Student Craft Sale featuring handmade creations made by local students in grades K-12 and check out an interactive train display created by the Valley Model Railroad Club. From 2 – 3 p.m., The Festive Singers will move throughout the event, performing classic holiday carols for all to enjoy.
