Since Malachi was very young, he has always gone above and beyond to help others. I would receive numerous compliments from mothers that Malachi helped their children.

Often times, these children were neurodivergent. Today, Malachi helps in his community by volunteering to coach volleyball at the park district, lead 5th grade youth group and help local seniors with tasks around their homes.

Malachi does all of this while maintaining his grades. In the summer, he leads a group of 20+ 3rd graders, for the month of July, with World Relief's breakthrough camp. He takes a week off in the middle, not for fun, but to attend a missions trip to Cleveland, Ohio.

He never complains about it and serves selflessly, knowing the impact he has on the younger generation. I am so proud of him as a mother, teacher and community member.
