1) Mindy Hester and the Time Outs in Concert: One of Chicago's favorite kid-friendly rock parody groups is coming to the Wilmette Theater this weekend! The group will be performing on Sat. morning at 10 a.m. Get your tickets fast — they're $12 at the door or $10 in advance. 2) Rummage Sale at Beth Hillel Congregation B'nai Emunh: Who doesn't love a great deal? Check out one of the North Shore's most popular rummage sales on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Monday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Items from over 600 families are available.
3) Read Outside the Box: An Evening Book Discussion for Grades 4-6: Everyone can benefit from a good book — kids included. Join the Glencoe Public Library at Glencoe Roast Coffee for an evening book discussion on Edgar Allen's Official CrimeInvestigation Notebook by Mary Amato. The event is set for July 26 at 7 p.m. Registration is required and a beverage is included. You can register by calling the library at (847) 835-5056.
4) Northfield Farmer's Market: Check out the wide variety of items available for sale at the Northfield Farmer's Market this weekend! Held across the street from the New Trier High School Northfield campus, there's sure to be something for everyone.
