The Hunt Is On: Wilmette Easter Egg Hunt Is April 12
Mark your calendars for this year's egg hunt in Wilmette, happening on April 12.
WILMETTE, IL — Easter is right around the corner, and this year the Wilmette community can celebrate with a community egg hunt on April 12.
The Wilmette Park District is hosting an outdoor egg hunt at Gilson Park for kids of all ages.
The children's egg hunt begins at 10:30 a.m. for kids ages 1 to 10 years old and will be divided into four age groups. Kids will also be able to take photos with the Easter Bunny before or after the hunt.

Advance registration is recommended to secure a spot, and costs $10. Tickets will be available on the day of the event for $14.
Dogs are also welcome to join the hunt at 11 a.m. to sniff out eggs filled with treats. All dogs must remain on-leash for the event and must be at least 4 months old to participate.

The Bunny Brunch will be held before the event at 9 a.m. at Lakeview Center. Tickets purchased in advance cost $23 and day-of tickets onsite will cost $26.
