'I am God,' Woman Tells Police, Report Says
A woman was found in her vehicle parked at the intersection of Sheridan Road and Lake Avenue.

UPDATED Jan. 4, 2014: Charges against the woman in this incident were dismissed, according to court documents.
Original report:
A Chicago woman was arrested after telling police that she is God while she was charged with driving on drugs, according to police.
The woman was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper parking on a roadway and insufficient lighting on a parked vehicle, according to Wilmette Police reports.
Police responded to the 1000 block of Sheridan Rd. on July 21 after receiving a complaint of a car parked in the middle of the road at Sheridan and Lake Avenue, police said. Officers located her vehicle facing south with the lights off.
The woman was in the driver's seat with the windows open and a large amount of cigarette butts on the ground outside of the door, the police report says. When officers asked if she was okay, she looked at police with a blank stare.
After repeatedly asking for her name, she responded to police that, "I am God...I am God and I can do whatever the **** I want," the police report says.
She later told police, "I am God, I am working" while waving her fists in the air and hitting herself on her head and chest, police said.
The woman refused to produce a driver's license and was unable to perform any sobriety tests, according to the report. She was taken into the Wilmette Police Department and was brought to a hospital for evaluation.
