Police: Woman Runs Car Into Treasure Island
The following arrest information was supplied by the Wilmette Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Disturbance
Police reports state that a group of youths got their car stuck in the sand at South Beach at Gilson on August 10. An investigation found one subject to be in possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana. The driver of the vehicle was charged under local ordinance for damage to the beach and parking on an unimproved surface.
Bike Theft
A Wilmette resident reported that his wife's bike was stolen from Linden CTA station on August 10, reports state.
Possession of Cannabis
Theresa Cwick, 22, of Northfield is being charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, police reports state. The marijuana was found after she was pulled over at the intersection of Wagner and Glenview for traffic violations on August 9.
No Valid Driver's License
Abraham Lira-Vargas, 31, of Weaver Lake Wales Florida is being charged with driving without a valid driver's license, police reports state. He was stopped on the 1000 block of Skokie Ave. on August 10.
Structure Damage
A 73-year-old Evanston driver allegedly ran her car into Treasure Island on 911 Ridge Rd., police reports state. The vehicle was towed and the driver had minor injuries. There was no structural damage to the building.
