Buddy for a Buck at the Pool and Celebrating Your Pooch

Do: Today is Buddy for a Buck day at Centennial Pool! Every Wednesday, season pass holders are welcome to bring a guest for $1. The offer is good for both residents and non-residents. 

Plan: Lollapalooza, the enormous annual music festival held in downtown Chicago, will be held this weekend, from Friday to Sunday. This means that the Metra and the CTA will be filled with many, many festival-goers. Plan accordingly. 

Eat: It's National Mutt's Day! Celebrate your multi-breed pooch accordingly — by buying him or her a fancy dog treat or toy at the Wilmette Pet Center!
