- Have your login ready!
- Make sure ahead of time that all family members you wish to register are on your account.
- Don't log in early - you will need to log out & log back in if you sign on before 8 a.m. Classes post at 8 a.m. sharp.
- Having trouble registering/paying? Your computer may have firewalls preventing the process. Call our front desk to register over the phone at 847-256-6100.
- While we try to make registration from mobile devices as efficient as possible, registering on your mobile device can still be difficult. If you have a computer available you may want to use it for faster registration.
- Many classes have age restrictions that may limit a participant's ability to register. Do you need an age override? Call our front desk for assistance at 847-256-6100.
- Are you looking to register a participant who is visiting for the season? They are considered a non-resident and must be registered as such once non-resident registration opens.

- If you have questions about payment plans, we recommend selecting the down payment option at the time of registration, then follow up with us to see if a plan is available.
