WINNETKA-GLENCOE, IL — The following is the most recent crime blotter from the Winnetka Police Department and Glencoe Public Safety Department.

Winnetka

IDENTITY THEFT

• Credit - Dec. 23 at 10:06 a.m.
  • Sometime between Dec. 21 and 23, a victim discovered that an unknown person opened a Nordstrom Visa credit card in their name and made $4,531 in purchases.

BURGLARY

• Vehicle - Dec. 28 at 2::34 p.m.
  • A resident reported that an unknown person entered their unlocked 2020 Audi Q8 that was parked in their driveway and removed a gas card.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

• Vehicle - Dec. 28 at 2:39 p.m.
  • A resident that someone entered their unlocked 2022 Ford Explorer that was parked in their driveway, but nothing appeared to be stolen from inside.

ARRESTS

• Traffic - Dec. 22 at 11:30 a.m.
  • A 49-year-old Northbrook person was arrested for driving more than 26 mph over the speed limit.
• Traffic - Dec. 23 at 2:35 a.m.
  • A 48-year-old Glenview man was arrested for driving more than 26 mph over the speed limit.
• Traffic - Dec. 23 at 8:15a .m.
  • A 53-year-old Chicago woman was arrested for driving more than 26 mph over the speed limit.
• Traffic - Dec. 23 at 1:10 p.m.
  • A 57-year-old Glencoe woman was arrested for driving more than 26 mph over the speed limit.

ARRESTS

• Traffic - Dec.27
  • Police arrested a 32-year-old Highwood woman following a traffic stop. He was cited with driving without a license, driving with a suspended registration and driving and uninsured vehicle.
