Officers spoke to the owner of Youngren, who said the man was swaying and urinated on the side of the building, according to the report.
Officers attempted to notify Chicago police of the vehicle, but due to hold times with Chicago policeĀ and a five vehicle crash at Willow Road and Fox Meadow Court, Northfield officers had to disconnect the call, according to police.
