Police: Man Charged With Public Indecency
The following arrest information was provided by the Winnetka Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Disorderly Conduct
A victim reported that on Feb. 15, after delivering pizzas to a home on the 100 block of Westview Rd., she observed two juveniles make inappropriate gestures and partially expose themselves, Winnetka Police reports state. A susbsequent investigation identified two junveniles, ages 10 and 12, as responsible. In cooperation with the juveniles' parents, the matter was resolved.Â

A victim reported that on Feb. 23, a subject attending the same event on the 700 block of Sheridan Rd. approached the victim and a physical altercation ensued Winnetka Police reports state,. The investigation is on-going.Â

A victim on the 800 block of Green Bay Rd. discovered on March 5 that an unknown offender(s) removed an unattended 17" Hewlett-Packard laptop in a black cloth bag, along with a "Magic Jack" USB, reports state. The amount of loss is reported at $100.
Cannabis Activity
A male juvenile, 15, from the New Trier Township, was cited for possession of cannabis on March 6 at New Trier High School, reports state. His court date is set for April 17.Â

Yosef S. Bernath, 21, of Chicago was cited for possession of cannabis ont he 700 block of Elm St. on March 6, Winnetka Police reports state. His court date is set for April 2.Â
Burglary - Motor Vehicle
A victim on the 500 block of Lincoln Ave. discovered that on the morning of March 7, an unknown offender(s) removed an Apple MacBook Pro from the passenger seat of her vehicle, reports state. It is unknown if the vehicle was secured. The amount of loss is reported at $1239.Â
Theft
A victim at New Trier High School reported that between the afternoon of March 6 and the morning of March 7, an unknown offender(s) removed a black and silver Apple iPad 3 from a classroom shelf or desk drawer, police reports staet. It is unknown if the classroom was secured at the time of the incident. The amount of loss is reported at $479.Â
Theft
A victim at New Trier High School discovered that between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on March 7, an unknown offender(s) removed an Applie iPhone 4 from a drawstring bag in an unsecured locker in the boys' locker room, police reports state. The amount of loss is reported at $479.Â
Traffic Arrest
Sandra G. Brenner, 52, of Palatine is being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, Winnetka Police reports state. Brenner was also cited for improper lane usage. The incident occurred on the 1300 block of Willow Rd. on March 9, and her court date is set for April 2.Â
Public Indecency
James L. Corcoran, 58, of Highland Park is being charged with public indecency, Winnetka Police reports state. The arrest was made on March 9 subsequent to a report of a man in the street at the intersection of Elm St. and Green Bay Rd. with his pants partially down, exposing himself. His court date is set for April 2.
Traffic Arrest
Marlene D. Woehlke, 49, of Huntley is being charged with fleeing to elude a police officer, speeding, improper lane usage, disobeying a stop sign and driving in the wrong lane, Winnetka Police reports state. He was stopped at the intersection of Sheridan Rd. and Glen Oak Dr. on March 10, and his court date is set for April 2.Â
Burglary - Residential
A victim on the 700 block of Mt. Pleasant St., discovered that sometime between March 8 and March 10, an unknown offender(s) forced entry into the residence and removed jewelry from a bedroom closet, Winnetka Police reports state. The amount of loss was reported to be over $10,000.Â
Criminal Trespass
A victim on the 800 block of Mt. Pleasant St. reported that on the afternoon of March 10, he observed an unknown subject enter the residence without permission, Winnetka Police reports state. The offender quickly exited the residence when he encoutered a barking dog, and he left in his vehicle. The investigation is continuing.Â
