On Behalf of the Donna Ruyter Memorial a Donation of $7,500 was Provided to Bridge Communities
This beautiful legacy of giving to these outstanding organizations will continue through the Rotary Club of Woodridge at their Annual Gala
It is with great JOY that Shanahan's Food & Spirits presented a check of $7,500 on behalf of the Donna Ruyter STRONG SINGLE MOM Memorial Scholarship to Bridge Communities and Daybreak of Woodridge. Shanahan's family and friends came together to honor Donna on October 12th to celebrate her life and raise these funds to honor her legacy. Donna was a General Manager and Bartender at Shanahan's for 25 years. She raised 3 wonderful sons as a single Mom while working 2 jobs for many years. She was also considered the "Mom" of Shanahan's to staff and patrons. These proceeds will be used to directly lift up and support single moms in our community.
In addition, this beautiful legacy of giving to these outstanding organizations will continue through the Rotary Club of Woodridge at their Annual Holiday Gala on December 3rd at Bobak's Signature Events (6440 Double Eagle Drive in Woodridge).
