Library Packed with Jigs, Grins & Good Cheer

Woodridge Library show of Trinity Irish Dancers a community favorite.

Popular Irish Dancing Program a Yearly Library Tradition

Irish or not, eyes were smiling at the Woodridge Public Library on March 11 with nearly 400 people packing the lobby to watch the Trinity Irish Dancers. Some of this year's dancers have appeared on Channel 9 and are set to perform at the World Championships, and others are Woodridge kids inspired by past shows at the Woodridge Library. Library patrons of all ages sported green scarves, bobbling shamrock headbands, and other green symbols of good cheer as they welcomed the dancers.

The Woodridge Public Library holds events throughout the year that are open to the community free of charge. Upcoming events can be found on the Library webpage and calendar of events.
