Pantry's Big-Name Delivery Partnership Has Helped Over 10K Residents
West Suburban Community Pantry recently marked a milestone of getting over 10,000 deliveries to those in need via Project DASH.

WOODRIDGE, IL — More than 10,000 meals have been delivered to residents in need in DuPage and Will Counties since West Suburban Community Pantry (WSCP) started partnering with DoorDash to use its Project DASH Program.
The partnership launched in 2022, allowing WSCP customers to use DoorDash to receive deliveries of items ordered from the pantry's online market. The program allows WSCP to serve a wider range of customers, including seniors, residents with disabilities and those with transportation limitations.
"Partnering with Project DASH has been extremely beneficial for our neighbors who aren’t able to come to the pantry. Offering home delivery with DoorDash is a great complement to WSCP’s Online Market so neighbors can choose the foods they need and receive them right to their door," WSCP CEO Maeven Sipes said in a statement.

Sipes added, "We’ve had other funders see the impact and support this program, and it is our hope to continue by identifying additional Project DASH funding or other grants to support the program."
Customers who live within 10 miles of West Suburban Community Pantry are able to access its DoorDash service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
