• Mary Maxine Reischling Bird Obituary – Stronghurst, IL (1930–2026) (wgil.com) — A Woodridge resident, Matthew Bird, is among the grandchildren mourning Mary Maxine Reischling Bird, a longtime Monmouth, Illinois seamstress and school custodian who died January 2 at age 95. Her family will hold a celebration of life at a later date, and she will be laid to rest beside her husband in Monmouth, with memorials suggested to Oak Lane Nursing Home in Stronghurst.
