July 9

Motor vehicle burglaries

  • A power washer was stolen from a vehicle at about 3 a.m. in the 8100 block of Waterbury Court, police said. Reports state rear passenger window of the vehicle was smashed during the burglary.
  • Someone stole a generator, valued at $600, from a vehicle at about 2 a.m. in the 2500 block of Spring Drive, police said.
  • A toolbox and miscellaneous tools were stolen from a vehicle at about 3 a.m.in the 8000 block of Chesterton, police said.

Someone threw eggs at a parked vehicle, causing paint damage, between unknown times July 7 and July 8 in the 6400 block of Double Eagle Drive, police said.

Bike stolen

A Razor bicycle, valued at $100, was stolen from a driveway between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. in the 7900 block of Westview Lane, police said.

July 10

Retail theft

Two 14-year-olds were arrested and charged with retail theft at about 7:55 p.m. at Kohl’s, located in the 1000 block of 75th Street, police said.

July 12

Hubcaps stolen from vehicle

Four center hubcaps, valued together at $200, were stolen from a vehicle between 5:30 p.m. July 11 and 6 a.m. July 12 in the 2500 block of Crystal, police said.

Bike stolen

A mountain bike, valued at $400, was stolen from a garage between 7 p.m. July 11 and 1 p.m. July 12 in the 8100 block of Westview Lane, police said.
