Trinity Irish Dancers Return To Woodridge Public Library

The popular dance performance has brought more than 200 attendees to Woodridge Public Library in the past.

WOODRIDGE, IL — To celebrate the St. Patrick's Day holiday, the Woodridge Public Library will once again welcome a fast-stepping, festive stylings of the Trinity Irish Dancers. The event will be held March 15 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and kids ages three to 10 will have a chance to join the dancers for their own Irish jig lesson.

Founded in 1982, Trinity Irish Dance Academy has shared the tradition of Irish dance with some 10,000 students, according to the academy's website. Their dancers have performed on Good Morning America, Conan and The Tonight Show.

The Trinity Irish dancers first performed their annual St. Patrick's Day event at Woodridge Public Library in 2017. No registration is required for Saturday's event, which has drawn over 200 attendees in the past.
