Obituary: Eleanor M. Wetzel

Eleanor M. Wetzel, age 81, a lifelong resident of Plano, IL passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at her home.

Eleanor was born on May 12, 1931 in Plano, IL the daughter of Stephen and Mena (Roska) Lupei.

Eleanor was united in marriage to Mr. Francis Wetzel for many years until his passing on May 30, 1988. Mrs. Wetzel was a Dance Instructor for many years.

She was a loving wife, sister, aunt and great-aunt who will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Eleanor is survived by her sister, Mena Moore of Aiken, SC; and her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Mena Lupei; her husband, Francis Wetzel; her brothers, Cornelius, Steve, Victor, Samuel and Earl Lupei; and her sisters, Ann Ureke and Julie Merritt.

Private Interment took place in the Little Rock Township Cemetery in Plano, IL.
