Edward's Yorkville site earns cardiodiagnostics reaccreditation
The reaccreditation is for Edward locations in Naperville, Plainfield, and in Yorkville at 76 W. Countryside Parkway.

Edward Heart Hospital’s cardiodiagnostics department has earned a three-year reaccreditation by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) in Nuclear Cardiology.
The reaccreditation is for Edward Heart Hospital locations in Naperville, on the Edward Hospital campus, 801 S. Washington St.; at the Edward Plainfield Outpatient Center, 24600 W. 127th St. and in Yorkville at the Edward-Elmhurst Health Center, 76 W. Countryside Pkwy.
The cardiodiagnostics department uses procedures like stress testing, nuclear stress tests, echocardiograms, stress echo cardiograms, EKGs and peripheral vascular exams to detect cardiovascular disease – disorders of the heart and blood vessels – which are the number one cause of death in the U.S. On average, one American dies every 39 seconds of heart disease.
