The company is being tight-lipped about its new opening, but officials did share in a news release that they have a concept planned. Like their other restaurants, the Yorkville spot will offer fresh food, "enormous" portions and friendly service, according to a news release.

"We are incredibly excited to tap into the Yorkville market as it has been on our radar for several years," owner Corey Knowles said in a statement. "We do have a bit of a remodel on our hands, but we cannot wait to get the doors open."

Midwest Edge Design & Construction will work on the build-out, while Barry Michael, Knowles's business partner, will act as general contractor for the project, officials said. The group will once again tap Chef Eric Ezerski to handle culinary operations and industry vet Randy Schobert for operations.

"It's all about the people/employees," Barry Michael, Knowles's business partner, said in a statement. "We aim to treat our staff with as much love as our own families. That, in turn, results in our guests being treated the same."

He continued: "Our community extends beyond our front doors."
