Minnesota Man Accused Of Abducting Yorkville Children
An arrest warrant was secured by Yorkville police for Matthew Brennan, 49, from Glenwood, Minnesota, for 3 counts of child abduction.
YORKVILLE, IL — The Yorkville Police Department arrested a Minnesota man Friday in connection with accusations of child abduction involving two Yorkville children. According to a news release from the police department, an arrest warrant was secured by police Wednesday for 49-year-old Matthew Brennan, from Glenwood, Minnesota, for three counts of child abduction.
Police said Brennan is accused of not returning the two children to their guardian per a court order, and he was arrested in Minnesota.
According to police, the children weren't in danger at any time, and were recovered safely.

Brennan was released after posting 10 percent of his $50,000 bond, the news release said.
