• Proposed data center in Yorkville scaling back to be further away from subdivision (shawlocal.com) — Yorkville officials and developers are scaling back the proposed Meyer Data Center campus, dropping land east of Rob Roy Creek and increasing buffers to keep warehouses farther from the Caledonia subdivision. The project’s footprint is shrinking from 130 to 91 acres, with new zoning conditions, setbacks, and a planned comprehensive plan change as the city pursues a large data center corridor along Eldamain Road.
