Plano Man Owned, Disseminated Child Porn: Kendall Sheriff

PLANO, IL — A Plano man was apprehended this week for owning and disseminating child pornography, officials at the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said Friday.

Joshua French was charged with two counts of dissemination of child pornography and three counts of possession of child pornography.

The 24-year-old was apprehended without incident Wednesday in the 0-100 block of South Linden Drive by Kendall County deputies and members of the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force.

The Kendall County State's Attorney's Office reviewed the case and approved the charges. French was brought to the Kendall County jail for processing and was released Thursday afternoon.
