Woman Gave Cops Fake Name, Kicked Officer: Yorkville Police
The 19-year-old Joliet woman was arrested when Yorkville police responded to a domestic incident.

YORKVILLE, IL — A 19-year-old Joliet woman was arrested Friday after Yorkville police say she gave officers a fake name and kicked a cop attempting to take her into custody. Police said they responded to a domestic incident in the 100 block of Colonial Parkway at 10:33 p.m. and made contact with Tatiyana Brown, of the 1500 block of Centennial Drive in Joliet.
Police said Brown gave them a false name in an attempt to dodge a warrant for her arrest. Police determined her true identity and were attempting to take her into custody on a warrant out of DuPage County when they say she resisted and kicked an officer.
Brown was arrested and taken to the Kendall County jail on charges of resisting an officer, obstructing identification, aggravated battery of an officer and obstructing justice, as well as the original arrest warrant.
