Yorkville Cub Scout Pack 350 Den 9 Tigers graduated to Wolf Cub Scouts in a Crossover Ceremony May 21.
YORKVILLE, IL - Yorkville Cub Scout Pack 350 Den 9 Tigers graduated to Wolf Cub Scouts in a Crossover Ceremony May 21.
Thirteen scouts were awarded with Camp 911 certificates and Boy Scouts of America Emergency Preparedness Award pins presented by Sheriff Dwight Baird during the Crossover Ceremony, which was attended by members of the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.

Camp 911 was created by the leadership of Cub Scout Pack 350 Den 9, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, Bristol-Kendall Fire Protection District and Kencom 911 Center.
“We were all honored to have been part of this amazing experience and look forward to continuing a partnership with the Cub Scouts,” Sheriff Baird said in a press release.

“We were honored to have Sheriff Baird and Deputy Lawson come to the Crossover Ceremony to personally award these young Scouts and hope that this will lead to future coordination between the Sheriff and Cub Scouts to educate our children," Assistant Den 9 Leader David Berault said in the release.
The scout's training program covered topics ranging from online safety, 911 dispatching, bicycle safety,
fire safety and first aid.
