📰 News we're reading
• Andrews takes step toward safer water (huntingtoncountytab.com) — Andrews officials have voted to build a new wellfield, moving the town closer to finally resolving decades of groundwater contamination that once triggered a Huntington County “Do Not Drink” advisory. The plan follows years of legal battles with Raytheon and ongoing bottled-water distribution supported by Huntington Church of the Brethren. Residents will still rely on bottled and filtered water while funding and design are finalized.
