Indianapolis Native Featured in “Seven Days at Sea”

Indianapolis native Melissa Van Kersen will be featured in “Seven Days at Sea” by Light and Sound Productions at The Edge Theater, May 19-June 5.

"Seven Days at Sea" written by Martha Hansen and directed by Margaret Knapp, will run Thursdays through Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. Five older women’s lives intersect on a lesbian cruise ship. While on the cruise, the women confront truths about themselves and each other reflecting a journey through age, illness and renewed sexuality. This show is recommended for mature audiences.

Melissa Van Kersen, the production's understudy, grew up in Indianapolis and attended Pike High School. Her credits include many reviews for performances with Profiles/Footsteps.
